SUPPORT
Keep your engagement questions in one documented conversation.
Existing clients can request help with an agreed accounting, reporting, training or system assignment. Include the engagement or ticket reference and a concise description of the issue. We may need confirmation from an authorised contact before discussing confidential information or acting on changes.
Submit a support request
Existing request
Use your ticket reference and reply email to request a single-use access code.
Make the request actionable
Explain what happened, which period or workflow is affected and what you expected instead. For a system issue, include the relevant page or task and a safe description of the error. Avoid passwords, verification codes or screenshots containing unnecessary personal information.
Separate enquiries from instructions
A support request may ask for clarification, report a problem or propose a change. Changes affecting financial records, permissions, payments or report issuance require the appropriate approval. A ticket reference identifies a conversation; possession of that reference alone does not establish authority to access it.
Follow the agreed service arrangement
Support scope and response commitments follow your engagement rather than an implied round-the-clock promise. New work may require a separate proposal. If a message cannot be submitted through the form, email the same brand contact and state that the form did not confirm receipt.
Common questions
Can another employee view our ticket?
Only where the authorised access and engagement arrangements permit. Confidential conversation history should not be available through a public reference search.
