CONTACT

Tell us what you need the numbers to do.

Email is the preferred way to begin a conversation with FAFA Chartered Accountants. Write to info@fafaandca.com with your business name, required service and the outcome you need. A short, well-focused message is more useful than a large attachment archive sent before the scope is understood.

Send an enquiry

Leave out passwords, recovery codes and unnecessary financial or identity documents.

Include the essentials

State the relevant accounting period, current software and any external deadline. For training, include the audience and selected platform. For implementation, describe the current process and intended change. A preferred branch or remote meeting format can be included so that the discussion can be arranged appropriately.

Keep sensitive information protected

Do not include passwords, one-time codes, full identity records or confidential employee files in an initial message. If supporting documents are required, we will agree an appropriate transfer route. Only send information you are authorised to share, and identify any restrictions affecting its use.

Choose the appropriate route

New service requirements belong with the enquiry team. Existing engagements should use their agreed contact or the client-support route. For a document query, include the report reference and describe the discrepancy without publishing the full report. A submitted enquiry does not confirm an engagement or appointment.

Common questions

Can we visit without an appointment?

Please email first. A confirmed time, office address and meeting purpose help ensure the right arrangements are in place.
