RESOURCES

Clear answers before you make an enquiry.

Choosing professional support should begin with a clear understanding of the process. The questions below cover first contact, scope, records and the distinction between different outputs. Matters specific to your organisation are considered through a direct discussion.

How are scope and fees agreed?

We assess the entities, periods, volume, condition of records and intended deliverables. A proposal explains the work, exclusions and fees before acceptance. An introductory email or automated acknowledgement is not a confirmed engagement. Additional work is discussed through a change in scope rather than assumed to be included.

Must we visit an office or change our software?

Neither is automatic. A remote discussion can establish the requirement, and branch appointments can be arranged where useful. Existing software is assessed before a change is recommended. Please wait for appointment confirmation before travelling and do not send account passwords in an initial enquiry.

What does report verification mean?

It checks the issue details and status recorded for a document. It does not independently certify the financial information, establish an audit opinion or promise acceptance by a third party. Read the report type, period and limitations and contact the firm if the document and record differ.

Questions and answers

Can you promise a completion date before reviewing our information?

A realistic timetable depends on acceptance, records, approvals and the complexity of the work. Explain your deadline at first contact so it can be assessed.
