Understand the operating requirement

We map the transactions, approvals, reporting needs and information exchanges involved. Existing workarounds are examined before a replacement is recommended. The discovery output distinguishes essential requirements from preferences and identifies areas needing further technical or professional assessment.

Plan a controlled transition

A project may include configuration, data preparation, migration rehearsal, testing and user training. Subscription costs, third-party integrations and bespoke development are recorded separately. Acceptance criteria make it clear how the agreed workflow will be demonstrated before production use.
