SYSTEMS

Find out whether the problem is process, data or configuration.

A system can be functioning technically while still creating poor records or unnecessary work. Our review examines selected workflows and the way people use the current environment. The outcome is a prioritised improvement brief, not an automatic recommendation to replace the software.

Observe the working process

We ask users to demonstrate the tasks and exceptions that cause difficulty. The scope can consider permissions, master data, approvals, reporting and manual workarounds. Access is limited to the evidence needed for the review, with confidential information handled through the agreed process.

Separate symptoms from causes

A reporting problem may originate in inconsistent coding, incomplete data or an unsuitable configuration. We document findings and distinguish confirmed issues from matters needing further testing. The review does not include a full security audit, penetration test or accounting assurance unless separately contracted.

Plan a practical improvement sequence

Recommendations identify the action, owner, dependency and likely next assessment. Quick configuration changes are separated from migration or custom-development projects. Implementation of recommendations requires its own approved scope and testing, particularly where production data may change.

Common questions

Can the review be limited to one workflow?

Yes. A focused review can address a specific difficulty, provided the scope also identifies related dependencies and exclusions.
