Make the Odoo project testable before making it live.

Odoo implementation combines process decisions, configuration, data and user adoption. We help define a project around the selected applications and the environment you will operate. Edition, version, hosting and custom modules are assessed before confirming the scope.

Translate requirements into workflows

We document the transaction steps, approval responsibilities and reporting needs that the implementation must support. Requirements are prioritised and compared with available functionality. Configuration, third-party modules and custom development are distinguished so that cost and maintenance implications remain visible.

Rehearse the change

Data mapping, sample imports and opening information are checked through an agreed migration plan. Users test ordinary transactions and exceptions against acceptance criteria. Accounting and regional settings require the relevant business and professional approvals; a working screen is not evidence that every configuration is appropriate.

Control the production transition

The cut-over plan identifies access, backups, final data transfer and the decision to proceed. Post-launch support covers the agreed stabilisation scope. The handover documents the environment, permissions and outstanding items, while future upgrades or additional modules are handled through separate change control.

Common questions

Can existing custom modules be retained?

They require compatibility and maintenance assessment. Retention is not assumed before the relevant code, licences and dependencies are reviewed.
