A Zoho project needs a product-specific brief. We help scope configuration, data preparation and user handover for the agreed applications. Regional editions, plans, integration options and permissions are considered before committing to a workflow or migration approach.
Identify the application boundaries
We clarify which product will own each record and how information should move between systems. Customer, supplier and item records need consistent definitions. Where an integration is requested, its availability, permissions and technical behaviour are assessed rather than assumed from a marketing description.
Establish a reliable starting position
The migration plan records the cut-off date, source files and validation responsibilities. For financial data, opening balances and outstanding items require particular attention to avoid duplication. Trial transfers and reconciliations precede the final move. Product-specific instructions are checked against the selected edition.
Hand over controlled access
Users receive access appropriate to their tasks and training aligned to the configured workflows. The project record lists settings, unresolved items and agreed support arrangements. Subscriptions, external integrations and future changes remain separately identified in the proposal.
