SYSTEMS
Introduce Emnaro through an agreed operating design.
An Emnaro implementation should begin with confirmed capabilities and a defined business process. We scope the project around the enabled modules, user responsibilities and information the organisation needs to maintain. Unavailable or planned features are recorded as gaps, not promised as completed functionality.
Agree the configuration brief
Discovery identifies the workflows, data fields, approvals and reports required. We separate standard configuration from integrations or custom development. Roles and access boundaries are designed around the work each user performs rather than copying an unrestricted owner account.
Prepare and test the information
The migration scope identifies source data, cleanup responsibilities and the cut-off date. Trial imports or other agreed transfer methods are reconciled before production use. Users test representative transactions and exceptions in the available environment, with issues recorded and prioritised.
Release with a handover plan
Go-live follows the accepted tests and a decision by the authorised project owner. The handover includes agreed settings, operating guidance and a list of remaining items. Subscription terms, hosting, maintenance and further development are explicitly identified in the proposal rather than assumed to be part of configuration work.
Common questions
Will every requested workflow be available immediately?
That must be confirmed against the current environment. Gaps may require a revised scope, alternative process or separate development.
