REPORTING
Describe the required document before commissioning it.
A request for financial information should identify the recipient, period and intended use. Use this page to explain the document you need so that FAFA can assess the appropriate work. A requested title, stamp or verification code does not determine the professional service required.
Send a reporting brief
Bring the recipient's instructions
Share the written requirements where available, including the reporting period, entity details and submission deadline. Tell us whether the request concerns prepared statements, a management report or a separate assurance engagement. We will clarify uncertainty before accepting the assignment rather than relabel one type of work as another.
Identify the available records
Describe your current accounting system, the latest completed period and any known gaps. Initial discussion can begin without sending a full archive. A tailored information list and protected transfer arrangement follow when the scope is understood. Incomplete records may require additional preparation before a report can be considered.
Agree the issue and reliance arrangements
The proposal identifies the deliverable, intended users, fees, approvals and any limitations. External acceptance is not guaranteed. Once an authorised final report is issued, its reference and permitted metadata can be recorded in the brand register. Confidential access and public verification remain separate functions.
Common questions
Can you issue a document immediately because we already have a template?
A template may explain the request, but acceptance and issue still depend on the underlying records, required work and appropriate approval.
