REPORTING

Put purpose and context beside the numbers.

A report should make its period, basis and intended audience clear. FAFA helps prepare financial reporting within an agreed scope, drawing on available records and identifying significant assumptions or unresolved matters. The format follows the decision or requirement, not the other way around.

Define the report you need

We clarify whether the output is intended for internal review, an external request or a specific agreed purpose. Recipient instructions are considered before preparation. The engagement identifies the required information, responsibilities and any framework that needs professional assessment. A requested format does not automatically make the output suitable for every use.

Assemble a consistent reporting pack

The work may bring together statements, supporting schedules and explanatory commentary. Period comparisons are reviewed for consistency, and material changes or gaps are made visible. We distinguish figures supported by completed records from information that depends on estimates, management explanations or outstanding evidence.

Issue through a controlled process

Final delivery follows the agreed approval route. An issued document can receive a brand-specific reference and verification link once the register is implemented and tested. That link checks recorded issue details; it does not transform preparation work into an audit or guarantee acceptance by a bank, regulator or other recipient.

Common questions

Can a report be prepared for a particular recipient?

Share the recipient's requirements first. We will assess the request and define the appropriate work before confirming acceptance.
