OPERATIONS

Extend finance capacity without losing accountability.

An outsourced arrangement works best when it is clear which activities are transferred and which decisions remain inside the business. FAFA helps define recurring accounting, record-management and reporting support around your team's needs and the information available.

Design the service boundary

We identify tasks, entities, systems, volumes and review expectations. The engagement can combine bookkeeping, reconciliation, monthly accounts and selected operational schedules. Your business retains responsibility for approving transactions, providing complete records and making management decisions. The arrangement is not a transfer of director or employer duties.

Establish a delivery rhythm

An agreed calendar sets input dates, review points and handover responsibilities. Questions are collected through a defined channel, and changes in workload are discussed before they affect delivery. Access permissions reflect the task rather than granting unrestricted control for convenience.

Review capacity as the business changes

New branches, additional entities or a different software platform can change the service requirement. A periodic scope review keeps responsibilities and fees aligned with the work. Exit arrangements should include an orderly handover of agreed records and access changes, not dependence on an undocumented process.

Common questions

Can our internal accountant stay involved?

Yes. The scope can support an internal team, provided responsibilities and review authority are clearly allocated.
