OPERATIONS
Give outstanding invoices a clear owner and next action.
Receivables support helps organise what customers owe, the evidence behind each balance and the follow-up required. We work within your approved billing and collection process, so disputes, credits and missing payment references can be considered systematically.
Organise the customer ledger
We review the agreed customer balances, invoices, receipts and credit information. Allocations are checked against available evidence, and opening balances are distinguished from current activity. An ageing schedule is useful only when the underlying invoices and payment applications are reliable.
Separate collection from dispute resolution
Unpaid invoices may reflect late payment, a disputed delivery, incorrect details or an unresolved credit. We help maintain categories and follow-up notes so the responsible person can act. Communications and adjustments follow your approval policy. We do not assume authority to negotiate settlements or write off balances.
Support the reporting cycle
The handover can include an ageing analysis, receipt-allocation queries and a list of accounts requiring management attention. Where cash forecasting is included, expected collection dates are explained rather than inferred from invoice dates alone. Any debt-recovery or legal service needs a separate appropriate arrangement.
Common questions
Will you contact customers directly?
Only if that activity, the approved wording and the authority to act are explicitly included in the engagement.
